Your new Department:

A federal Government Department with a key focus of families and children, housing support, seniors and settlement services. If you thrive from researching and implementing on highly sensitive information, undertaking complex policy work through issues within the community through multiple communication channels, this could be your next opportunity.

An exciting opportunity has come up within one of their branches. They are looking for someone to fill a 3-6 month vacancy with potential of further extension.

Your new position:

You will be responsible for:

  • Diary management
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing 2 inbox’s
  • Responding to emails on behalf of an SES
  • Travel arrangements
  • Arranging meeting rooms
  • Assisting with open vacancies within the branch

The successful candidate:

You will show areas of expertise in the following:

  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management
  • Previous experience In a role similar
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass/ obtain minimum police check
