    Randstad are currently recruiting for multiple APS4 Employment Services Officer positions working in a Contact Centre. These opportunities will give you the exposure of working within Government and learning their systems, as well as further developing your already existing skills. The role is paying $41/hour plus super and is an ongoing assignment.

    The position sits within a team that performs a frontline role within a Federal Government Department.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent customer service and guidance that is tailored to individual job seekers
    • Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
    • Assess claims to ensure they are compliant with policies and procedures
    • Identify any risks or reasons as to why clients may be unable to adhere to the plans that are in place
    • Liaise with employers on benefits of assisting eligible job seekers
    • Work in a flexible work environment with rotating rosters included adherence to scheduled breaks, structured hours and assigned tasks

    Key Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience working in a contact centre or previous experience in employment services.
    • Strong knowledge of IT and navigate simultaneously through multiple computer systems
    • High level communication skills with the ability to interpret complex information
    • Must be an Australian citizen
    • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
    • Ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance

    About the Role:

    • Pay Rate - $41.00 per hour + super
    • Monday - Friday 9am-7pm AEST (rostered hours given in advance - 8 hr days)
    • Part Time and Full Time temporary ongoing contract opportunities available
    • Brisbane CBD
    • Start Date: Wednesday 17th August 2022
