    Randstad are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Contact Officer positions working in a Customer Contact Team as part of the complaints resolution group. These opportunities will give you the exposure of working within Government and learning their systems, as well as further developing your already existing skills.

    The role of the agency is to protect and enhance the safety, health, well-being and quality of life of people receiving government funded care.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Respond to contacts as a first point of contact for consumers via phone, email and web forms
    • Provide timely resolution of contacts using standardised information from business areas.
    • Collect sufficient information to document, triage and refer more complex contacts to the right officer/team.
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer contacts using appropriate records and business systems.
    • Provide a high level of customer experience
    • Provide up to date and accurate information to customers
    • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

    Key Requirements:

    • Previous experience working in a contact centre or fast-paced environment.
    • The ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, resilient and professional attitude.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risk and work within guidelines
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work with competing priorities
    • Sound computer skills with the ability to learn internal programs
    • Must be an Australian citizen

    About the Role:

    • Monday - Friday 9am-7pm (rostered hours given in advance - 8 hr days)
    • Part Time and Full Time temporary contract opportunities available
    • Pay Rate - $45 per hour + super
    • Brisbane CBD
