Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including document management and scheduling.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, offering professional customer service.
- Maintain and update databases and other IT systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Create and manage spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel to support reporting and data analysis.
- Assist with office supplies management and the coordination of office equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and provide support.
- Perform other duties as required to support the office team.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel are essential).
- Strong IT and database usage skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with telephone customer service and general office support.
Eligibility:
- Baseline Clearance.
- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
- Australian citizen.
