Your new role

Your new position will require working within a dynamic and fast paced environment providing support to your new Division. You will be working as part of a small supportive team and be responsible for a centralised mailbox, coordinating incoming requests, correspondence, briefings, meeting papers, reports, and other ad hoc duties as they arise.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role and will have:

  • High level of communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders to produce high quality outputs from the Division
  • Demonstrated experience in developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • A high level of attention to detail and have the ability to manage competing priorities within limited timeframes.
  • Excellent client service skills and will be able to prepare and coordinate policy briefings and responses on a wide range of matters.

You must be an Australian citizen and be able to obtain a baseline clearance
