About the role: Working in a customer centric business, the internal recruitment officer will be responsible for end to end recruitment of casual and part time pools, management of the gazette and internal job postings using the system, e-recruit.

About you: Working in a fast paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities you will be a strong administrator with at least 6 - 12 months experience in recruitment and experience with the system e-recruit.

Demonstrated skills and experience:

  • End to end recruitment in a fast paced environment
  • Data entry, administration and compliance
  • Maintaining data base accurately
  • Effective communication and exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite experience and e-recruit experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Outcomes driven and a team player

Desirable experience:

  • HR qualifications desirable
  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Exposure to the system e-recruit
  • Onboarding, induction and training for new employees
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and HR policies
  • Maintaining data bases
