job description

We are looking for an experiend support consultant with skills working across both Windows and Linux systems for a great full time role in Sydney. You will be responsible for providing customer support both remotely and onsite. You will investigate support calls and identify the root cause of incidents, providing corrective actions and manage problems to ensure proactive future management.

Required Skills

The right person for this role will have the following skills and experience:

  • 3 + Years working on mixed Windows and Linux solutions (Windows/Linux Admin, Scripting)
  • Experience supporting multi platform applications
  • Some Programming experience(Java, C, C++, C#, OrNode.js)
  • Level 2 support
  • ITIL Certification
  • Strong customer service skills

This role requires someoen with a strong customer focus, and great probelm solving skills
