• Independently managing your assigned tasks, making sure they’re completed on time and to the agreed standard. You'll handle both routine and more complex admin tasks while staying compliant with public sector rules and procedures.
• Taking on a range of project or business support activities, like preparing graphs and stats, managing databases, updating project reports, and keeping records up to date in our systems.
• Supporting and leading people management tasks, such as onboarding and exit processes for contractors.
• Drafting correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, submissions, or briefing notes, ensuring they meet department standards. You’ll also keep project information well-organized and easy to navigate, managing online platforms like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint so everything is accurate and up to date.
• Engaging with stakeholders, managers, senior execs, suppliers, and project teams to keep things moving forward. You’ll also provide executive support as needed.

• Someone who can manage their workload independently while working with a variety of stakeholders to meet goals and deadlines.
• A calm and positive individual, especially when dealing with pressure or change.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills. You’ll be great at building relationships and handling sensitive issues with tact and good judgement.
