Facilities and Fleet Administrator

The Company

Our client is a large government organisation that is looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual to join their team. The right candidate needs to be determined and client focused officer to provide efficient and effective services and support to the facilities functions, particularly in relation to building maintenance activities, fleet management, building access and employee identity cards.

The candidate

The candidate will need to have previous experience working with both facilities and fleets, liaising with other areas around Queensland. We are looking for a self starer, who is able to work both autonomously and within a team. The right candidate will need to be ambitious and look at moving around within government.

Skills and experience

  • 1 – 2 government experience.
  • Liaising with stakeholders around Queensland
  • Experience working with fleet and facilities
  • Preparing and analysing vehicle utilization.
  • Handling usage costs for the department
  • Experience working with UMS
  • Review and provide accurate advice with policies, processes, procedures and guidelines for facility and fleet management.
