Randstad are recruiting for Customer Service Specialists to assist in providing information to students who are interested in enrolling or are already enrolling in various courses.
The role will see the successful applicant assisting students both over the phone and in person. You will be provided with full training to be successful in the role, which will also include shadowing the current team, in order to assist students with various course information and requirements. This is an AO3 position, paying $48.12 per hour, with a start date of the 23rd September.
... Responsibilities:
- Being a first point of contact for student enquiries
- Processing enrollments and taking payments
- Assist with course related questions and direct these to the appropriate person where necessary
- Talking students through different options and courses and assisting to answer any questions
- Keep records up to date
Experience/Skills required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
- Experience adhering to KPIs and processing a high volume workload
- The ability to communicate with a wide range of people and effectively convey information
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Previous exposure to multiple systems
- Able to work under pressure and work through technical questions (with training)
- Successful candidates will need to undergo a Criminal History Check
