Randstad are taking expressions of interest for Customer Service Specialists on behalf of our long standing client on the Gold Coast. We are looking for AO3 Customer Service Officers to act as a point of contact for face to face and contact centre enquiries.
Responsibilities:
... - Providing high level customer service via a range of communication channels
- Handling complex enquiries and directing these to the appropriate person where necessary
- Assisting in processing enrollments and taking payments
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Keeping records up to date
Experience/Skills required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous high volume customer service experience
- The ability to communicate with a wide range of people and effectively convey information
- Ability to use multiple systems
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Able to work under pressure and work through technical questions (with training)
