    We are currently recruiting for a few AO3s to join a State Government Department. This role will be responsible for internal and external telephone enquiries for their Contact Centre team located in the Brisbane CBD.

    Main duties:


    • Provide a professional and courteous service so client enquiries are answered and processed, relevant information is obtained, and an accurate and timely response is provided in accordance with service level standards.
    • Document and create file notes for responses provided and any actions taken in response to clients’ enquiries where required.

    • Actively participate as a member of the Contact Centre Team and contribute to the identification of opportunities and improvements in support of improved operations and the achievement of team business objectives.
    • Retrieve call messages from the relevant enquiries register, identify those requiring action and engage in follow-up calls in line with customer service standards.


    We are looking for candidate who have:

    • Experience in an inbound or outbound call centre environment
    • Experience handling complex calls and enquiries
    • Ability work in a fast paced environment
    • Highly developed oral and written communication
    • Ability to provide great customer service

    About the role:

    • Monday to Friday
    • Temporary Full Time
    • Immediate start - Weekly rolling contract
    • $43.40 per hour + super
    • Brisbane CBD
