job description

Key skills required: advanced MS Excel, Intermediate to Advanced MS Access.

The role involves the following:

1. Maintaining MS Access databases: making table updates. Ability to run, create and understand queries in order to trouble-shoot and check data. Downloading data from a third-party/sending data to third-party.

2. Checking an on-line reporting tool is reflecting data from databases. Liaising with the vendor of reporting tool to report and rectify issues. Advising users of reporting tool if issues or new data uploaded.

3. Responding to user enquiries regarding an online promotional materials ordering system.

4. Uploading changes to eDetailers or PDFs to our CRM system. Managing enquiries from our field force about eDetailers or PDFs in CRM System.

5. Maintaining a database of salesforce iPad details. Checking ipads are returned. Setting up iPads for new users, if required.

6. Assisting the business effectiveness manager and team as required.
