Experienced onboarding analysts are required for a Permanent position with an iconic Australian bank. Working with the wider team your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting customer onboarding across a range of client types, identifying and escalating AML risks to managers.
  • documenting findings and measuring the risk associated with particular transactions to ensure those escalating understand the concerns and are able to make an informed decision.
  • highlighting trends where applicable, communicating to the wider team
  • working towards team SLAs to clear daily work queues.
  • communicating with stakeholders to educate and drive enhanced due dilligence across business lines

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • 2-3 years local experience in an AML/transaction monitoring role and a good understanding of local regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a real ability to think outside the box and drive performance.
  • Prior experience onboarding complex corporate clients
  • appropriate qualifications, e.g. CAMs would be looked upon favourably.
