What we’re are looking for
We're looking for pick packers to work at an Amazon delivery centre in Eastern Creek. On offer is ongoing day/night shift work. Your starting rate of pay is $33.55 and $42.94.
Experience is not required as long as you are reliable, able to follow processes and can perform the tasks below. You will be working in a warehouse / distribution environment which means you will need to be able to stand for long periods and commit to four 10 hour shifts, including one weekend shift.
... - Responsibilities
- Sorting & labeling of parcels and boxes being sent to and from the warehouse
- Storing/stowing received parcels and boxes throughout the facility
- Picking parcels and boxes from shelves using an RF scanner (training provided)
- Organising and dispatching parcels and boxes that will be sent to the customer
- Cleaning and organisation of the site environment
- Adhering to safety, quality and production standards
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight
If you do have experience as a storeperson, warehouse assistant, forklift driver etc that would be an added bonus.
