We have partnered with a non-for-profit provider of choice, offering home care services, retirement living and residential care homes to over 7,000 clients in metropolitan and regional South Australia

Currently, we are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator for their 41 place residential care home in Jamestown!

As Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be truly passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of the residents under your care.

You will be working as part of the sites Management Team, consisting also of the Site Manager, Care Service Manager and Clinical/Registered Nurses. You will also be responsible recruitment, management and monitoring of the site Volunteer services.

The position is permanent part-time, 3 days of your choosing and is offering a range of fantastic benefits.


  • Provide a range of activities for residents, including one-on-one, small group and outings.
  • Enhance the quality of each resident’s lifestyle.
  • Develop appropriate networks and resources.
  • Encourage a sense of community among residents, staff and volunteers.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of Lifestyle Services.
  • Ensure all Lifestyle Activities are appropriately documented

  • Ideally a minimum of a Cert III in Lifestyle or equivalent or working towards completion within 6 months of employment
  • “C” Class current Driver Licence,
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate (desirable)
  • Ability to communicate with a range of people including older people, staff, volunteers and visitors, particularly in relation to care of residents.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience including workload management and the application of critical and reflective thinking skills in decision making and problem solving.
  • Current National Police Clearance
