This privately owned Financial Planning firm located in Sydney CBD is very well established and reputed for providing excellent advice to its clients. Their office is made up of a very successful and hardworking team of financial advisers.

The team is currently looking for an Adviser Assistant to join them and participate to the growth and success of the company. In this Client facing role, you will have the opportunity to support the principal adviser and assist them with his key goals.
Your main duties will include, but won’t be limited to the preparation of client review meetings, the control of the client process, the final preparation of SOAs, the management of client files and Xplan tasks, the lodging of applications and the development of clients’ relationship.

You will need to be RG146 compliant or studying towards. You will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience within a customer service role. Good IT skills are required and previous experience using Xplan is preferred. You will also have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
