job description

If you consider yourself as an all rounder and can take initiative and work to support the marketing team then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Admin, word processing and filing
  • File transferring and archiving
  • General administration duties such as the photocopying, scanning and preparing of appropriate documentation
  • Updating databases where required
  • Other ad hoc administration duties
  • Event coordination
  • Content creation admin
  • Marketing operational admin

You will be successful if you posses:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Effective time management skills
  • releveant bachelors degree
  • Handle busy work environment
  • An enthusiastic approach to work
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • High level planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders
  • Validated experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and MP suite skills (SAP knowledge is preferred)
  • Working in an energising environment with the ability to multi task
