Data Administrator

You new Company, a very well recognised global company are looking to recruit their next valuable team member! They are based in the Seven hills region, giving you an opportunity to work close to home. With recent growth within the business, they require an Data Administrator to support their busy Administration team. This is a temporary opportunity working full time hours, Monday to Friday.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all requests from stakeholders in the business
  • Assisting the team with any administrative needs
  • Complete work orders
  • Supporting the team with any ad hoc duties as required
  • Project based work
  • Data entry and database maintenance using Excel
  • Producing reports
  • Formatting spread sheets

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Experience working in a similar Administration/Coordination role is essential
  • Computer literate to intermediate/advanced level including (MS office suite & internet)
  • SAP experience is desirable
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy with data entry using Microsoft Excel, must know Pivot Tables, V-Lookup and Macros
