Seeking Two Driven Administrators
Are you a proactive, resilient administrator with exceptional communication skills, ready to drive efficiency within the building insurance sector? We're hiring for two key Administrator roles focused on claims management and essential subcontractor onboarding. While claims experience is a plus, we are actively seeking candidates who demonstrate the right qualities and strong admin background.
Your duties:
In this role, you will be central to the smooth operation of our clients claims process and trade network development. You'll be part of a small, professional, yet laid-back team:
- Answering phones and managing the shared inbox
Sourcing, researching, and on-boarding new plumbers, electricians, and other trades/subcontractors to the network
- Ensuring the legitimacy, compliance, and looking at reviews for potential subcontractors
- Managing the Director's diary for site visits and emailing clients
- Assisting with transactional administration (raising and sending Purchase Orders to builders after a claim is triaged)

About You
You'll excel in this role if you possess:
At least 1-2 years of strong administration experience is required
Strong communication skills with an excellent phone manner - this is the most important skill
The ability to manage high-stress situations and handle communications with trades
Proficiency in MO Suite (Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn industry-specific software like Prime and Ndata
A strong work ethic, willing to work the standard 8:30 am to 5 pm and additional hours if needed (overtime offered)
