My construction industry client based in Kent Town has a fantastic permanent, part time opportunity for an experienced Team Administrator. Working closely with the Manager, other Team Administrators, Team Leaders and staff, the ideal candidate will provide project based, high level administrative duties and project coordination support to ensure operational alignment and efficiencies.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Provide support to the team with administrative duties to assist in achieving their objectives
- Coordinate team meetings, including recording and distribution of minutes
- Create and update jobs in the company's project management software
- Manage travel and accommodation bookings
- Arrange transportation of equipment or resources to site
- Assist in the project induction and onboarding of new team members, ensuring seamless integration into operations
- Assist team members with uniform orders and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
- Maintain, book, and update qualifications, certifications, permits, etc., in the databases for team members
- Book staff medicals and drug and alcohol testing
- Support the preparation of detailed quotes and tenders, liaising with technical staff as needed
- Assist in monitoring and raising timely monthly invoicing, liaising with Team Leaders, Project Managers and accounts staff
- Maintain an organised system for project documentation
- Generate reports and liaise with Project Managers to ensure project updates and data accuracy in systems
- Administrative duties for supplier agreements
- Provide back-up assistance to other administrative or finance staff as designated.
Desired Skills and Capabilities:
- Strong general administration skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of accounts processes
- High attention to detail
- Great initiative with the ability to multitask
- Strong MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook skills
- Construction industry experience in a similar role is highly desired but not essential.
