About the Role:
We are seeking an administrator join a dynamic team involved in a significant infrastructure project. This role will support the General Manager and the broader communications team by managing documentation, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Additionally, you will assist with community engagement efforts and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administration skills including intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Suite Package
- Experience with diary management and executive / personal assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Public Sector experience desirable

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance
- Willingness to travel as required (Sydney - on average once a fortnight)
