About you

You are a reliable driven administrator with strong PC skills, you are an adaptable individual who can work effectively in a fast-moving, changing environment. You will have excellent administrative and people skills, and a willingness to tackle whatever tasks are required in a small business setting. You are looking to join a professional, ethical business where you will be a vital member of a supportive team. SAP experience is highly advantageous but not essential.

Your new role

You play an integral role in the success of the business through both outstanding client contact and the coordination of a wide range of office tasks. As the face of the business you will be the first point of contact and will handle enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your excellent communication skills will be used to build rapport with clients and multiple stakeholders, multitasking and proactively supporting the team. Expect to be busy taking calls, greeting visitors and assisting Finance and HR from an administrative perspective.
