Are you a highly skilled business administrator with a flare for communication and passion for customer service? One of Australia's leading insurance providers is seeking exceptional administrators to support their customer care team in delivering a premium level of service to their policyholders, advisors and internal/external stakeholders.

Ideally you would have held a high volume processing/administration role in the financial services industry, however insurance, superannuation, energy experience will be considered.

Based in St Kilda Road close to transport, this is an attractive 12 month contract role within a fantastic organisation, looking to hire now.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing of administration service tasks within agreed turnaround times.
  • Delivering customer service outcomes to a high level of quality.
  • Resolving customer enquiries including resolving escalations and or complaints within designated timeframes.
  • Action key service reports within designated turnaround times
  • Develop and maintain quality working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive customer experience improvement.
  • Play an active role in risk management ensuring work complies with required standards and regulations.
  • Responsible for ensuring administration practices are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures and expectations
  • Be an active and contributing member of the team, participating in all department and company engagement activities.
  • Accountable for driving self-development opportunities and actions to progress learning and capability.

Essential skills to this role:

  • Demonstrate initiative, responsibility and accountability
  • Able to problem solve and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to build effective working relationship with key stakeholders
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Intermediate level of Word, Excel and Outlook Skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred but not essential
