Due to steady growth my client requires an experienced Administrator / Accounts person to support the distribution team in a temporary full-time capacity. This role will be Monday to Friday working a 38 hour week.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Receive and dispatch administration and support
  • Attending to customer enquiries
  • Reviewing and processing of accounts receivables
  • Reviewing and processing of accounts payable
  • Data Entry
  • Adhoc duties

You will have:

  • Transport experience preferred
  • AP/AR experience required
  • 2+ years administration experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a team and individually to meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Intermediate word and Excel skills
