Our client operates a trade credit insurance business and is a Leading Specialist in Melbourne who are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator. Our client delivers superior tailored solutions and exceptional service along with providing career opportunities and ongoing support for their staff.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the sales team with typing of letters
  • General administration duties such as filling, photocopying, scanning and preparing of appropriate documentation as required
  • Typing quote reports
  • Ensuring all documentation is up to date
  • Prepare and distribute minutes for team meetings
  • Assisting with monthly sales reports
  • Other ad hoc administration tasks

You will be successful if you posses:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Effective time management skills
  • An enthusiastic and methodical approach to work
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • High level of planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders
  • 2-3 years validated experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate to advanced MP suite skills
  • Working in an energising environment with the ability to multi task
