Our client is a reputable consultancy firm located in the inner Suburbs of Brisbane, they are a close and friendly team, currently seeking an Administration Assistant for an exciting and varied role to start asap.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing admin support to internal and external stakeholders as well as administrative task, candidates with previous experience and excellent customer service skills please read on.

Main responsibilities

  • Verifying Data and arranging invoices
  • Answering incoming calls, and attending to general inquiries
  • Preparing reports
  • Assisting students
  • General administration and reception duties
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Event planning
  • prepare and distribute correspondence
  • Basic accounts through MYOB

Skills required

  • Excellent customer service, with a passion to solve problems
  • High attention to detail
  • previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to use own initiative

  • Intermediate MS suite
