We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client in the logistics sector, located in the heart of Erskine Park. Our client values a positive attitude, loyalty, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities as the Administrator:
- Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data before and after entry, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Generate and prepare reports as needed, summarising data and findings for management or other departments.
- Identify and address issues related to data entry processes, suggesting improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within administration
- Previous experience using SAP - must have
- Ability to communicate data-related information clearly to team members and management.
- Willingness to take initiative in problem-solving and improving data processes

- Previous experience in the transportation industry (desirable)
