    Randstad is currently looking for an administration professional within Health, Education or Not-for-profit sectors, in the Greater Brisbane Area to be part of a fantastic team of professionals.

    The ideal candidate will bring onboard previous administration and customer service experience, an excellent work ethic.

    • Ongoing temporary assignments | Greater Brisbane Area
    • $30 - $35 per hour + super
    • Full-Time

    Key responsibilities

    • Processing customer orders
    • Reception
    • Responding to enquiries and problem solving
    • Liaising with stakeholders in relation to queries
    • Processing invoices, raising credits
    • Data entry of customer information
    • Reporting and other ad hoc duties as directed

    The Candidate

    • Proven experience in a office based customer service role
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to deal with stakeholders on various levels
    • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced office and meet deadlines
    • Experience with SAP is advantageous.
