job description

Due to steady growth my client requires an experienced administrator to support the transport team

An enthusiastic, personable person with attention for detail is essential for this role as it will be quite dynamic with its duties

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Liaising with drivers and warehousing staff
  • Creating manifests and processing of orders
  • Attending to customer enquiries
  • Receive and dispatch
  • Data Entry
  • Adhoc duties

You will have:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • SAP experience preferred but not essential
  • Previous administrative experience in automotive wholesale, retail, or aftermarket environment preferred but not essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Motivated and reliable
  • Quick learner
  • Police check
