My client based in Kent Town is looking for an experienced and motivated all-round Administrator to join their busy team. Ideally, you will thrive off accomplishing tasks such as high volume data entry, maintaining the email inbox and responding to client queries in a timely manner.

Developing on your current administration skill-set, you must:

  • Have a high work ethic;
  • Proven experience in managing workload in a fast paced position;
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Enjoy the repetitiveness of data entry;
  • A high attention to detail;
  • Be a team player;
  • A forward-thinker;
  • A natural problem solver.

Experience with the following is preferred:

  • General administration (as a minimum)
  • MYOB (preferred, not essential)
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High volume data entry
  • Email correspondance and inbox maintenance
