My sporting club and retail client based in the Northern suburbs requires an experienced and motivated Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have office administration experience, excellent customer service skills and knowledge or an interest in firearms and shooting sport.

Your duties will inclue:

  • Updating and organising their database
  • Assisting with stock control
  • Purchasing and receipts experience
  • Invoicing
  • Adhoc administrative duties as required
  • Liasing with both suppliers and customers in the retail store
  • Operating the POS system and assisting with retail sales

Requirements of the role include:

  • Experience with Microsoft systems
  • Experience with Xero
  • POS Retail systems experience
  • Stock control experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Firearms and Shooting Sports a great advantage but an interest to learn more would also be beneficial
  • Retail sales experience an advantage
