Administrator

Our Client is a key Government Department who are seeking an Administrator

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide contract and administrative support and manage incoming phone based inquiries and co-ordinate accurate and timely responses to requests for information
  • Participate in the monthly and quarterly review meetings, ensuring that minutes are accurately recorded and published in a timely manner
  • Provide assistance in the dispatch of replies to correspondence during times of peak demand and other times as required
  • Organise travel, accommodation and expense arrangements as required

About you

  • Experience working within Contracts Administration/Project Support for a Government department is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in working with Senior Stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads
  • Great attention to detail
