Randstad are currently recruiting for a versatile Administration Assistant to join a leader within the pharmaceutical space. Our client has a unique offering which will allow you to persue your passion for a healthy lifestyle. This is an exciting opportunity with the potential to move into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

  • Liaise with suppliers and provide a high level customer service
  • Ensure clear lines of communication across suppliers, stores and business units
  • Assist with catalogue and promotional submissions
  • Liaise with marketing and suppliers for approvals and action plans
  • Ensure all new products have been set up for pricing
  • Provide administrative support to team
  • Basic reporting
  • Weekly competitor data collation
  • Manage stock and product updates
  • Coordination of team meetings

The ideal candidates will have the following skills/attributes:

  • Previous Office / Customer Service / Pricing / Buying or Merchandising knowledge
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and planning skills
  • Great telephone manner and communication skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised and able to work well under pressure
