Are you looking for a new challenge in the new year?

Due to a restructure and an increase in work levels, this national organisation is looking for an excellent administrator/customer services coordinator to join their team.

Based in Unanderra, with parking on site, you will work within a team orientated environment. It is a busy and varied role and you find your day will never be slow. Duties are varied and include:

  • dealing with telephone enquiries on a daily basis
  • liaising face to face with customers
  • administration work
  • data entry
  • working within excel spreadsheets
  • liaising with internal stakeholders
  • database management
  • filing and general office duties

This role will require a candidate who is efficient in all Microsoft packages as you will be working heavily in spreadsheets. You will also be working in internal databases so an excellent knowledge of computer skills is needed.

Previous experience within administration and customer services is essential.

This is a temporary to permanent role. Candidates available immediately will be highly regarded for this role due to the immediate start.

FULL TIME HOURS ONLY - Monday to Friday.
