Randstad is seeking a strong administrator for a challenging permanent position with an immediate start. The position will require someone who loves a fast paced environment, be able to think on their feet, able to take on any challenge and has high attention to detail. This position would suit someone looking for a long term career option with one of Australia's largest manufacturers. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is highly regarded.

  • Completing new work orders
  • Assisting in the production of new materials
  • Entering in new job details with accuracy
  • Liaising with suppliers around products/services and quantities
  • Organising delivery of goods
  • Communication with other departments for job progress and needs
  • Document control
  • Adhoc duties as required by Supervisor
  • Data entry / filing of documents

Skills and Experience

  • Previous administration experience is desirable
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry will be highly regarded
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Must have high attention to detail
  • Car and driving license
  • Strong personalities will thrive in this environment
