Randstad is seeking a confident, reliable and well spoken administration candidates who are looking to work at large Australian company's based in Brisbane North Side. These roles will suit experienced administration candidates who are willing to learn on the job and put their best foot forward.

This is an expression of interest advertisement for candidates who have administration experience within manufacturing, warehousing, transport & logistics, FMCG and aviation.

Duties include:

  • General administration duties
  • Liaising with clients
  • Dealing with a variety of departments
  • Answering high volume of incoming phone calls
  • Providing administration support to managers
  • Data entry in spreadsheets
  • Working on targets
  • Reception

Skills and experience:

  • Must have minimum 1 year in administration
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Intermediate/advanced word and excel skills
  • Must have can do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
