Randstad is seeking a confident, reliable and well spoken junior administration candidate who is looking to work at one of the world's leading names in manufacturing of electronic products based on the North side of Brisbane. This role will suit a junior candidate who is willing to learn on the job and put their best foot forward.

This exciting administration opportunity is located on the North side of Brisbane with onsite parking available, working between 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties include:

  • General administration duties
  • Liaising with clients
  • Dealing with a variety of departments
  • Answering high volume of incoming phone calls
  • Providing administration support to managers
  • Data entry in spreadsheets
  • Working to targets
  • Reception

Skills and experience:

  • Must have minimum 1 year in administration
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Intermediate word and excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • SAP and Salesforce experience desirable
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
