    Randstad works with a range of clients across Melbourne that are looking for temporary support with administrative roles.

    We are currently looking for experienced administrators that are immediately available or interested in temporary employment. Our assignments can range between one day or one week coverage to 6-12 month contracts depending on the clients needs.

    Vacancies are available across a range of industries such as, Professional Services, Not-for-profit, Education, and Health-care organisations.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to

    • Manage phone calls and email enquiries
    • Data entry into excel spreadsheets or similar databases
    • Review and update templates
    • Preparing reporting and formatting documents
    • Providing reception cover and support when required
    • Ad Hoc duties as required

    Required skills

    • Strong administrative experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proven ability to take initiative
    • Proven ability to prioritise
    • Ability to pick up new softwares quickly
