Randstad Albury has an entry level administration position starting as soon as possible with a highly respected local company. My client is a specialist in all types of interior panelling, cabinetry and remodelling. They have a strong reputation for product quality and service and are committed to designing and innovating products to suit the Australian lifestyle.

This role will be 2 to 3 days a week with additional hours to cover leave, based in Albury. We are seeking an enthusastic, reliable worker who wants to expand their knowledge.

Duties:

  • Answering phones and attending to a range of customer and client queries
  • Calling clients to follow up on quotes
  • General filing and archiving
  • Adhoc administrative duties and office errands

Experience and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is ideal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
