your new role

  • Attend to and manage all maintenance tasks to a high standard
  • Schedule and arrange for preventative maintenance services for the site
  • Monitor and manage non-inventory purchasing
  • Processing redemptions and prepare cards for distribution
  • Prepare induction timetable and send out email notifications
  • Support and prepare HR documentation as required

your profile

  • Previous experience in office/site management
  • Confident in dealing with trades and service providers
  • Ability to understand and follow compliance requirements
  • Resourceful, ability to a find solution and solve problems
  • Sound skills in problem solving and planning.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
