About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Communications / Administration Support Officer to join a dynamic team involved in a significant infrastructure project. This role will support the General Manager and the broader communications team by managing documentation, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Additionally, you will assist with community engagement efforts and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and review high-quality correspondence, briefing notes, and project documentation
- Provide financial support, including budget monitoring and account reconciliation
- Manage administrative tasks such as timesheets, project registers, and electronic records
- Organise meetings and community engagement activities, including site tours
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for the provision of goods and services
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in providing executive support in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle sensitive issues requiring immediate attention

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance
- Willingness to travel as required (Sydney - on average once a fortnight)
