Your new company is a valuable not for profit in the Canberra region. Due to career development, they are seeking a part time receptionist to join the team.

The Role

In the role you will be responsible for:

  • Data entry
  • Maintaining generic inbox
  • Reception duties
  • Being the first contact for the business
  • Screening calls
  • Administrative support to senior managers
  • Working with a range of clients
  • Booking appointments

The successful candidate must have

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent phone manner
  • The ability to work within deadlines
  • Communication skills, both verbally and written
  • A professional approach
  • Adaptable to pick up new tasks and assist where needed
