job description

Randstad is currently seeking an Administration Officer on a full time permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for career progression.

This role is responsible for accurate and timely completion of all cane payments. This position is based in The Burdekin.

Duties:

  • End to end Canepay function:
    • Calculating and processing can payments
    • Reconciling and correcting data against sources systems and auditing data
    • Collate and distribute grower correspondence
  • Provide support and advice to growers on cane processes, payment information
  • Support end user testing for changes and improvements to the payment system
  • Work closely with team members
  • Handle highly confidential information
  • Maintain effective internal and external relationships

Requirements:

  • Extensive history in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable/payroll
  • Must be able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Background knowledge of IT systems is highly desirable
  • Sugar/ Cane knowledge is highly desirable
