Your New Company

Our client is one of Australia’s leading building organisations. They recognise the high expectations of their market and provide a designated expert on each project lifecycle to ensure for excellent customer service. This organisation is currently going through high demand and requires an Administration Officer for a short-term temporary assignment.

Your New Position

  • General Administration duties including; filing, photocopying, scanning
  • Answering all inbound calls
  • Conducting outbound calls to customers updating them on project lifecycles
  • Data entry and database management
  • General reception duties, meeting/greeting customers, organising meeting rooms and coffee/tea runs
  • Assisting and supporting company directors where necessary
  • Organising and diarising travel.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work efficiently in fast paced environments
  • Demonstrated the skills to hit the ground running; this role will provide minimum training being a short-term assignment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and ability to pick up internal softwares quickly
  • Organised and ability to prioritise jobs
  • Enthusiastic manner and self-motivated.
