   • Maintain and improve service writing standards.
   • Conduct audits and manage archiving.

   • Assist with various unspecified tasks as needed.

Specific Duties:

1. Command and Liaison:

   • Maintain the registry and filing system.
   • Coordinate with internal and external divisions on registry matters.
   • Communicate with staff regarding correspondence.
   • Exemplify high standards of dress and bearing.

2. Registry and Filing Management:

   • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
   • Maintain reports as needed.
   • Handle classified materials.
   • Keep the registry clean and functional.
   • Manage recall registers and Employee Recall register during.

3. Service Writing:

   • Prepare service writing documentation per the Writing Manual.
   • Advise unit personnel and Command on service writing policies.
   • Continuously improve Cell registration and filing functionality.
   • Provide efficient service to all personnel.

4. Audits:

   • Assist with audits to ensure accuracy in external correspondence.
   • Conduct personal administration audits as needed.
   • Support in auditing procedures.

5. Archiving:

   • Archive files annually in accordance with Information Management, National Archives Act, and government policies.

6. Mail:

   • Collect and distribute mail (Mon/Wed/Fri).
   • Manage mail distribution, forwarding, and redirection.

7. Official Travel:

   • Prepare travel documents and assist personnel with travel requests.
   • Book shuttle bus to/from Puckapunyal.
   • Maintain documentation for audit purposes.
