In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
Key responsibilities include:
- greeting and assisting visitors
- answering phone calls
- scheduling appointments
- providing general administrative support
- Strong use of MS suites
- Word processing
- Filing and photocopy
- Record management
- Ordering office supplies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with residents and their families on a daily basis. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required; we value a compassionate attitude and a willingness to learn.
