Randstad are currently recruiting on behalf of their client for an Administrator for a 2 month contract. The role is within a State Government department in the CBD. We are looking for a strong administrator, ideally with a background working in the public sector, with knowledge of TRIM, though not essential. An understanding of the Transport industry would also be beneficial.


  • File management using TRIM for technical data from the rest of the team
  • Preparation of reports and presentations on behalf of the wider team
  • Administration support duties – such as Outlook calendar management, inbox management and general admin
  • Secretariat functions for meetings and committees
  • Some data entry to databases and incident reporting systems


  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal - for stakeholder engagement and brief preparation
  • Computer skills – Excel and Databases, ideally with TRIM experience
  • Strong administrative support experience
  • State Government experience is highly desirable
