Due to growing work demand, our client, a government contractor who provides business support and security services, requries additonal Administration Support Officers.
We are seeking professional candidates who are looking to enhance or grow their existing careers within a Customer Service, Reception or Administration role, where you may have proven experience within one or more of these role types.
An ideal candidate will likely have most of the following skills and experience:
- Administration experience; Word processing and data entry, Excel, Emails, Calendar Management
- Accounts Payable and Account Receivable experience
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to relate to people from a diverse range of backgrounds
- Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Suite
- Previous Customer Service experience over the phone and in person
- Previous front desk Reception experience using multiple lines
- Experience with multi tasking within your role
- To be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
- Experience in an office environment would be advantageous but not essential
