This privately owned company is a recognised leader in the Property Development industry. They are looking for an experienced Administration officer to support an entrepreneurial Managing Director in a role that will provide exposure to the business, and a chance to work closely with the Managing Director and the Senior Management Executives.
The Job Description
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks;
- Extensive diary management
- Administrative duties
- Manage action items and meet with staff, clients and executives when required
- Managing the office and correspondence with any relevant IT consultants and building management.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Coordinating client functions and events
- Managing external client relationships with key company stakeholders
- Acting as a gatekeeper to screen all calls
- All other Adhoc duties as requested by the Managing Director
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)and other relevant software such as Trello and Sharepoint.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- A proactive approach with a flexible and adaptable nature, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
